The App uses the device camera to recognize children's faces and estimate the distance in real-time. However, all image data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted or stored on any external servers. The App does not collect any personal identifiable information such as names or contact details.
The face detection process uses a proprietary on-device algorithm that analyzes basic facial landmarks such as the relative position of the eyes. No facial images, templates, or biometric identifiers are stored, transmitted, or used for identification purposes.
The facial and distance information is used solely to display an overlay warning when the child is too close to the screen. This information is not used for any other purposes.
The App does not store facial or distance data externally. All such data is deleted immediately upon closing the App.
The App does not share or provide your personal information to any third parties.
Users can manage camera permissions through device settings at any time. Please note that denying camera permission will limit the App’s ability to detect distance and show overlays.
All facial and distance data processing happens locally on the device without any network transmission, minimizing privacy risks. The App only requests necessary permissions following Android security guidelines.
Image processing occurs in memory and is not persisted at any stage. Our distance estimation relies solely on geometric calculations using temporary facial feature data, and all computations are cleared after use.
